What challenge were you trying to address with MOBIKASA?

We wanted to increase our revenue, so we brought in MOBIKASA to develop software and design our website on Shopify Plus.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We began the project by providing MOBIKASA with a requirements document. Their team researched references extensively to come up with a layout for our website. They also did SEO for us.

What is the team composition?

There are probably more than 10 people working on the project. That includes the project manager, creative director, software developer, QA tester, and SEO analyst.

How did you come to work with MOBIKASA?

MOBIKASA was recommended to us. When I was interviewing finalists, their agency was clearly the winner. They had provided mockups of what our website would look like, which communicated that they understood our business.

We’ve invested an amount within the range of $10,000–$50,000.

The partnership began in October 2020 and it is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve experienced a 90% increase in our conversion rate. What I appreciate most about MOBIKASA is they don’t just take orders. After I describe the challenges, they would always go back, think about it, and engage their team to come up with three different options for us. I had not even thought about some of those options, which is why I value their proactive problemsolving approach.

How did MOBIKASA perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is just fine. We conduct web conferences and use Asana and InVision.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

First, make sure to be clear on what you want. Second, don’t underestimate how long it will take to get images, brand assets, and copies for the website.
